- Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping: Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective.
- Custom Products: Custom products cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged. If you receive a defective custom item, please contact info@theprogrip.com with pictures for assistance.
- Final Sale/Clearance Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance," or purchased at a discount, are not eligible for refunds.
- Returning Non-Defective Items: If you wish to return a non-defective item, please follow the provided return instructions. You will need to return the item at your own expense unless otherwise instructed.
- Tracking Numbers: To ensure a faster refund, please provide a tracking number for your return shipment via email. Without a tracking number, your refund may take up to 3 weeks to process.
